NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING is given to all persons in Cedarview-Montwell Special Service District that a public hearing will be held on December 20, 2023 at 6:00 PM for the Victory Pipeline Project to bring water from the Victory Tank in Hancock Cove to the Cedarview-Montwell Area to solicit comments on the proposed project.  All persons interested are invited to attend this hearing and be heard. Written comments may be submitted to the CMSSD Office until 12:00 pm on Tuesday, December 17, 2022.
